You will participate in a minimum of 3 one-on-one sessions. You and CrossFit Trainer will focus on utilizing CrossFit methodologies, bodyweight movements, and light weight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a great workout too.
Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the session, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit, you can jump in to the regular CrossFit classes get the full Thousand Lakes Fitness experience!
Your first full month of this program will include 24 classes, so check out as many classes as you would like!
